Airport Restaurant — Restaurant in Windfall City

I've wanted to go here for years. Today my husband met a co-worker for lunch and brought me a burger for my lunch. He said the server seemed totally frantic and out of sorts, and it wasn't even busy. He dropped my lunch off to me and when I finally got to it I realized 2 of the asked for toppings were missing (cheese and mayo) and I only had MAYBE 10 french fries (he stated he got even less than that). When he told me he spent $15 on my lunch I was flabbergasted. NOT WORTH IT! The only flavor to my bacon elk burger had was the ketchup and mustard. So disappointed with the food and the cost! I will absolutely not...

I've never eaten here , however I called this morning (not the only place I called) to find out if they were open thinking that if they weren't open no one would answer. After two rings a man answered and i proceeded to ask if they were open. He VERY RUDELY said "IT'S CHRISTMAS! NO WE ARE NOT OPEN!" For one, typically if a business is closed they do not answer the phone, second... when your livelihood is based on customer service it's probably a good idea not to be hateful to potential customers. There used to be an actual airport that could be viewed out the restaurant's window, but it was turned into farmland a few years ago. The airport-theme remains, though, in the pictures on the walls of this hometown eatery. The staff is friendly. Specials are posted a marker-board.
