This goes for the gluten free pizza. It was great and clearly prepared separate from any flour at all. Lot's of kitchens prepare the usual cardboard Udi's crust they all use, and they even do it on parchment paper separate from the other kitchen area, but then proceed to throw it in the oven on a pan/tray/rack full of flour etc. or even opening the oven to toss flour onto another pizzas' crust... just don't advertise gluten free if you don't even try. I believe Americans diets can be met in the middle, you do not need to eat beef every night nor skip it forever, and people have been backed up internally for a while so letting your "system" have a rest can be beneficial for sure but I do not attribute headaches to gluten, or my inability to lose weight etc.... Its a horrible flu-like feeling that basically rots your gut for a day or so one it begins. I can say that without a doubt, not only did I have cheese and meat which I rarely have been eating, but I had no autoimmune response, so NO GLUTEN! Thanks guys/gals! I even went late at night and ate this thing at 9pm or something and stayed up a bit. I've been battling stomach/gut issues for years, no issues at all and I am blown away! It was another year or so since I had a gluten free pizza, and in the past 5 years I've found maybe 1 other option that's ok tasting. This was Excellent however! Chipotle's and Balduchi's were the only other gluten free places I was eating at aside from actual dining at the 110 grill, but both hit me out of nowhere, once when Chip's was really busy and I watched this young lady use the spoon to spread rice on tortillas by laying it on them over and over, I should have known I'd get sick in a few hours... I hope Capri continues to have employee's that don't judge and clearly make this gluten free pizza correctly. I hope they don't risk tossing loose flour over toppings etc. It would be nice for some company to make a thicker doughier dough, but this gluten free pizza is number one in the NH MASS border AREA! 8/10 Someone needs to do more gluten free food and advertisement for it as cancer goes up for some reason people are legitimately developing auto immune responses to bread they ate their entire lives! Lets get some Mozzi sticks Capri! You can do it! Thanks for letting me enjoy pizza for the first...
Read moreMy family ordered 50 dollars worth of food. We have been ordering the same order for months. This time they made the pizza wrong. I called and asked if they would please remake the pizza the way they have always made it in the past. She immediately told me that I would have to pay for them to remake the pizza the way we had ordered it. I asked her why I would have to pay for a pizza when it was clearly their mistake. My wife then called back asking to speak with a manager the girl said that the manager would call her back. 20 minutes later he called back. My wife told them that we have been ordering the same pizza regularly since last April so why now has it changed. (Andrew) the Manager starting yelling at her and telling her that she was wrong and the only way that we would get the pizza we ordered is if we pay another 20 dollars. My wife had to ask him several times to stop speaking rudely and stop yelling at her and then he hung up. My family of four split two large subs for dinner and threw away the pizza because none of us liked it. What kind of a man speak to a women so rudely let alone a Manager of a restaurant. This is the worst customer experience that we have EVER received. We will never eat at the restaurant again. I wish I could rate them zero stars because that is what this Manager and this restaurant deserve for treating people so poorly.
Reply to your reply: After reading all of your 1 and 2 star reviews their seems to be a common link. Whenever your restaurant makes a mistake you LIE and blame the customer. You YELL and are very RUDE. If your business wants to survive your owner needs to reevaluate the way that she trains her Managers to handle mistakes. Remaking a 20 dollar pizza and simply apologizing seems much more profitable then being verbally abusive and losing a loyal customer. We were not trying to get free pizza. We simply asked for you to remake our pizza the way we had ordered it and we said that we would return our uneaten pizza when we picked it up. If you would like I can send you a photo of the uneaten pizza that cost us 20 dollars stuffed in our trash so you can see that our 20 dollars was thrown in...
Read moreDONT EVER order from this place! We waited 45 minutes longer for our food than the estimated time. We called to complain and all they did was give us attitude that they were on their way. When they arrived, our salads were pathetic, completely wrong order than what we had stated over the phone 4 times and the meat on them was ice cold. We complained and they sent us new salads. I worked in many restaurants over the course of 6+ years and always gave customers something in return for poor unsatisfied service. They did not offer any reimbursement so we said we didnt want the salads anymore because it was yet another 45 minutes before the new ones arrived. He insisted we keep the new ones and will come back with money after speaking with his boss. Another 45 minutes later, a man from the store wearing a regular tshirt, jeans and a hat came into my business in front of my clients and yelled at me. He told us to give him the salads back if we want our money. Not only does no other resaurant in the world ever RETURN food but we told him the delivery guy said to keep them, which he did. So we ate them because we were starving! He scoffed at me and sarcastically laughed, started yelling at me and tossed the money back at me. This was by far the most unprofessional service I have ever received in my entire life and I live in Windham and will be certain to inform every single person I know to never come here and how unprofessional and poor their service was. I honestly do not know how they are still...
