Dunkin' — Restaurant in Windham

I used to love this Dunkins. Employees were great. I do like a couple of the employees now but struggle with getting my coffee right. I ask specifically for them not to use the sugar dispenser but use the sugar packets because my coffee just isn't right with the dispenser and I don't carry sugar packets. I ask them to stir the coffee and they always say "no problem" but it's never stirred. Nothing more frustrating than paying $10 every morning and having a lousy coffee. How difficult is this? Honestly, I don't understand. The old staff left this location and I have to wonder why. Carissa is always super nice and a very hard working individual but I really think Dunks needs to retrain their employees on a regular basis or simply go to drive thrus or locations for quality control. If there was the slightest possibility to give this place a 0 star I would. The women with the reddish blonde hair that takes your order is one of the ruddest human beings Ive met. 3 times now Ive had her be incredibly rude to me through the drive through. While ordering she said "is that it?" And I thought she had said is that it, for my coffee order and I responded "yes but can I get.." she immediately snapped back with "SO CLEARLY THATS NOT IT." Never seem to get my order right. Corn muffin toasted with butter inside not melted on top. Not hard. Not getting utensils with hot food that requires one (loaded hash browns) . Extra ice in my coffee but always seem to get less ice. Don't get me wrong, I've worked at a dunks years ago, it gets crazy busy and there are a lot of rude customers but come one these are things that are not hard. Many of the employees are great and friendly but there are a few that you say thank you and they just walk away.
