Arby's — Restaurant in Windsor Charter Township

I pick up food here 1 - 2x a month (it's convenient location-wise and the food is good, which is why we still go here). However, the service at this location is consistently awful. The friendliness is almost nonexistent, my orders are missing items almost every time (I've learned to check before I leave and the last 2 visits they forgot all 4 orders of fries altogether!) They always correct the error, but are usually annoyed to do so.

Waiting at the window, staff is constantly on their phones between handling food, which is unsanitary. Last visit a girl was busy taking selfies as I saw my food sitting on the counter behind her. She then began socializing with kitchen staff through the window, before grabbing my bags to give me. Meanwhile, there were at least 2 other cars in line behind me also waiting.

Just be sure to check your order before you drive away and don't expect great customer service. Aside from that, you'll be fine as you should get food...

I think I may have interrupted the drive thru person, Elizabeth and inconvenienced her break time. As I pulled up to the drive thru I noticed an Arby's employee wearing a head set running to the back door. I placed my order and pulled up to the drive thru and paid my check. I got my food, but Elizabeth was just really rude. It was clear that I interrupted her and she was irritated. No sooner did I exit the drive thru I saw her running back outside and getting back into the vehicle she jumped out of as I arrived. Now its one thing for employees to run outside and get high, but if its going to affect how you treat your customers, then you should probably consider a different line of work. Elizabeth needs and attitude adjustment because clearly getting high and smoking weed didnt do it for her. Terrible...

Horrible service. I waited in the drive thru for 35 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. I sat at the speaker for 19 min of that time (I know should have just left) when I asked what the delay was the employee said "We are moving slow today". Then I was not given my credit card back and I did not realize it until the next morning, I called them when they opened and was told after she asked my name "We have a credit card but its not yours" After searching every where else, I decided to actually go in on my lunch hour and found out that yes indeed they had my card. I would recommend to drive the extra miles to go to...
