So disappointed with the customer service. I used to eat a this establishment weekly as a kid, but the experience that I had today has forever put a bad taste in my mouth. I went in the restaurant and I decided to use the restroom before ordering, when I came out of the restroom, I decided that I wanted to use cash instead of using my debit card, so I went to the car to get my wallet and before I could get back into the restaurant, the owner comes out and tells my friend and I that we shouldn't come back. When trying to explain to him that I was coming in to order and I was just getting my wallet, he then says that he didn't need anymore business.. I couldn't believe how upset he was.. I guess he thought I was I had just come to use the restroom, but that wasn't the case.. aHe doesn't ever have to worry about getting my coins ever again.. The prices are great. Smaller amount of food (dish) offered but for what you pay compared to other Italian restaurants it's all good. I wish they served the meals on hot plates, my lasagna was warm not hot at all, still great food just with hot plates the meal would be kept hot longer. I usually have more layers in the lasagna, and there was no ricotta cheese, maybe im just used to it in the ones ive had before and when I make it. Good sausage the sauce was just a bit salty and im a salt lover. My husband loved his "the works stromboli", he enjoyed it very much has great flavor and he liked how the dough came out crisp.
