we like the food, but it sad when the teenage boys work. they have no clue whats going on. its been getting worse every time i go in there. they couldnt remember what was on my sandwich. then to ring me up with bread bowls(surprised they had them) and gave my soup to the lady behind em then was out. could find my sandwich to ring me up(chipolte steak and cheddar) then had to repeat myself 5 times on what i had. then asked if i take cold soup and go home and warm it up. i had a discount and they had no clue how to do that. i got chips and fountain drinks with it, then i asked 3x to have the CO2 changed so i could get my drink and they finally said oh its broke and wont be fixed till Monday. then why is there no sign on it, and why you ring me up to purchase it. it was so unorganized and sad. there needs to be someone there that knows what they are doing or to help the teenage boys. sad thing is i bet the owner has no clue its being run that way. they weren't even busy there was no one in there when i walked in. then one lady behind me that they gave my soup to her. so frustrating for an order to have so many issues and take 20 minutes. and it gets worse every time we go in there. not sure if...

Very light on cheese and tasted no peppercorn sauce. 4 people working. If your gonna cheapen the sandwiches then reflect it in the name and take off the brand name. Tonight, I had to wait, no exaggeration, a full minute before the two sandwich makers even acknowledged me because they were laughing and joking around. They made eye contact with me during this, so it’s not like they didn’t see me. I am all for people having fun at work, but it’s just irritating when they are very aware they have a customer to take care of. They also had this same attitude/lack of integrity with the customers after me. They also made one of my sandwiches wrong, and the cashier, Tyler, took the time to double check everything was right and remake the sandwich. I didn’t order anything out of the ordinary or custom - just a standard sandwich as is. While Tyler was remaking my sandwich, the two other employees were nowhere to be seen, but everyone else could hear them laughing and horsing around.
