October 2017 update. Seems to be in decline. Staff not trained to sweep floors without stirring up all the dust on those eating. Friend asked for toast without butter. It came buttered. I went to counter to report. She said "We never butter toast." I asked her to come look. She asked the kitchen for toast no butter. Then came to look. Agreed it was buttered.

Earlier review 2015 and 2016: Once these folks get to know you -- they are very friendly. The new staff have difficulty at first, but the longer term employees are very friendly with just about everyone. REMEMBER -- no beans until lunch starts. That is 11AM M - F. Saturday and Sunday seems to be noon. Good food...

I see this chain all over the place but never tried it until today. Usually the line for the drive through (wherever they are) is clear into the road, so when I saw this one wasn't slammed I thought I'd give it a shot. I can't understand the popularity. The service, and my Ron Combo were lukewarm. The "sausage" was the most bland and gristly piece of pattie I've had in ages - was it even sausage or was it scrapple? The one egg was barely warm enough to melt the cheese. The hashbrowns tasted like lukewarm fry grease. Unimpressive, to say the least. For $7 and change, I could have gotten a hot meal with more flavor at Wendy's....

Ordered food from a sign hanging at the counter. Employee informs us its only for lunch. But definately didnt say it was lunch only, so we switched to breakfast. Ordering from another sign that was obviously breakfast combo meals. As we were back on the road, realized we didnt recieve combo meals. Employees had no clue how to take an order let alone give good customer service. If a customer is obviously looking at the combo menu which is completely seperate from a la carte items wouldnt you be able to make an educated guess that the customer...
