Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Winnemucca

My old review is below. I'm updating it as of 4/3/24 There are bugs on the floor. When they got my order wrong, I brought back the burger just for the guy to sass that they were out of onions and that's why it's not made to order. Would have been nice if they had mentioned that when I placed my order rather than after coming back for a remake, but I could let that slide. When I was asked "what do you want me to do about it" I told them I'd pay the difference for a western bacon. The guy scoffed and complained about needing to process a refund but did it anyways. This bald guy that appears to run the place needs to seek therapy. He verbally abuses the employees that work here, they all have a hollow look to them. He sasses the customers for calling out the mistakes he makes.

Gave this a second chance, and I'm thoroughly disgusted.

Older review: I feel really bad for the underpaid and over worked team members there. One of the shift leads or managers / whatever was openly shouting at and reprimanding an employee for not rushing up to the counter fast enough, and then treating another one of these people the same way about bagging fries. Completely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful behavior in a workplace. That is not how you run a restaurant, or build team morale. And subjecting customers to witness it? Appalling.

The food is good. That's the only good thing I have...

The guy that took my order at 4pm on the 22nd was bigger with pony tail and parking lot orange vest. He was upset and acted like I'm ordering to much it was a meal and a extra sandwich. Besides this the drink area every was dirty, straw wrappers laying around. In the back of kitchen area boxes are just laying around the ground. Floor back there has 2 ft long grease trail from back towards fresh bun rack. Soda machine has no ice. Tea dispensers look like they haven't been cleaned in days. Napkin dispensers are empty. Place is a mess I highly recommend you don't stop in here. Idk why I even go into fast food places these days, these kids make 18-20$ a hr for zero...

Visited this location on 8/31. No line in the drive-thru, had just been inside the Love's moments before to use the restroom, and I could see the lobby was not busy either. I waited at least 5 minutes at the speaker before calling out to get service. Pulled up to the window to pay, and we were directed to park toward the end of the drive-thru exit, where we waited another 15 minutes. There previously had been a car parked in that exact spot just before us.

These guys in here trying to fool their service timers so they don't catch trouble from their GM, but people waiting 20-30 minutes for "fast food" from an empty...
