I took my visiting family to The Grill at Signatures. I was hoping for ambiance and some fusion American Grill food. While our waitress was new and OK, the "service" was dismal. For starters, we received 4 of the 5 soups we ordered. By the time the last soup came out, the food was nearly served. Then, our drinks were not tended to. We got there between 5 and 5:30PM -- and we left at 8:15 PM -- that is HOW LONG it took to serve our food. During that time, at least keep drinks coming, but that service was lackluster at best. Out food sat under the hood for at least 7-10 minutes, because I saw it sitting there on my way to the restroom. It was all cold when we got it. Cold fries, cold fish tacos and a burger not cooked correctly. This, after we clearly waiting a REALLY long time for food. My son's pizza was burnt. It barely had any cheese and was an embarrassment to any kitchen. Then, with our orders and AT delivery of our food, we reminded the server that we wanted 2 to-go meals. We waited for an hour for the TWO little meals to-go....ones that we SAID we wanted upon ordering our food!! Trust me when I say it was not that busy on a Tuesday night. When we called the manager at the end, he was speechless. All he managed to say was "so are you ever coming back?" My answer to that is: NO. In addition, I believe I let your manager know I would be writing this review. So, here it is. What a joke for service, speed and quality. ...

Excellent food, beautiful place, the view is stunning, so if possible I hope you may choose to eat outside. Our waitress was very kind. They have vegetarian options in their dinner menu, starts at 5pm. The only thing we didn't like was how long it took for our food to be ready. Otherwise, no complaints ๐Ÿ‘Œ

08.30.'22 I would like to add a second review for this place and give them 5 stars. Today it was our second visit to Signatures, truly the best restaurant in Winona. We took my father in law for a special meal together because he will be going back to Houston, TX in a couple of days. We wanted to enjoy a moment together surrounded by nature and be able to eat delicious food outside. Signatures has a beautiful garden and it was the best choice for our family of 5. The weather was great, our server Emma was the sweetest, also the bartender girl whom unfortunately I didnโ€™t ask for her name was super kind. Our food was ready in no time. We had cheese curds for the first time, please order them, they are scrumptious ๐Ÿ˜‹ My daughter and I were able to order vegetarian options from their menu. My veggie burger was huge and delicious. My daughter order the ravioli and she loved it. My husband, father in law and son also enjoyed tremendously their food. We can't wait to go back. Thank you for having us and please keep up with...

We went to Signitures last night for our annivesary, with our son-in-law and grandchildren from out of the state. It was not super busy there, and it appeared that there were three wait-staff working. We were brought water fairly quickly, and then about after 10 minutes, a young man who appeared to be relatively new, came to take our drink order. We ordered only two drinks from our table....a glass of wine and a draft beer, and an appetizer for the table. Forty five minutes later, we still did not have our drinks or appetizer! I let the hostess know that we were leaving, and the waiter, (whom we had not seen for 45 minutes), came walking out with our drinks as we went out the front door. We have been to Signitures several times and had good service, and we are very aware of the labor shortage in the service industry, but we felt a 45 minute wait for ANYTHING other than water, was just too long! This is not good service by ANY standards. A good celebration with our out-of-town family was spoiled as we had to find a fast food place to eat so our family could leave for the airport the next morning for a 6 AM flight. This was a real bummer for a...

Visited again July 9, 2022. The four cheese ravioli was wonderful. The sauce was simply sublime. The fish tacos were good but a bit bland. It could use some lemon tarragon mayonnaise to bring it to life. The creme boules was exquisite. Somewhat disappointed with the disappearance of the white table clothes. But with food this good, it's easy to overlook minutiae. Went back on July 1, 2018. The setting is as beautiful as ever. The pheasant was not all that great. Hope this is not a trend. April 24, 2021. The food was very good. Nice atmosphere during the pandemic with great wait staff and good protocols during the pandemic. We went back on June 26, 2021. I ordered duck as the main course. It was terrible, I almost sent it back, but did not due to the fact that sending something disrupts the flow of the meal for everyone at the table. The duck was way undercooked, and could flown off the plate. Someone else at the table also got the duck and subsequently got sick. She took about half the duck home and her dog got sick on the stuff as well. We were disappointed with our visit.

This is a wonderful place to dine! Everything from the white linen table cloths to the fresh roses at each table is first class. The view out to the golf course is stunning. Menu was not large but something for every taste. The duck breast was great. The wine list was much better than usually offered. The 2015 Barolo was supperior. Salads very crisp and fresh. For desert the creme brule was the best I've had. It's a shame there are not 6 stars to give. 5/21/22 Another perfect meal. Walleye was sooo good. I had the Seafood Fettuccine, absolutely delicious. The 2019 Chateauneuf du Pape blanc complemented beautifully. We tried the Mushroom Gratin appetizer was spectacular. See picture. The bar also makes a great Negroni. See pic
