I'm 8 months pregnant and have been going for the past few months they've been open since Covid. The Ice cream is good my favorite is strawberry cheesecake. I usually get a banana boat and I've been happy each time. The last time I was there they didn't have any of my favorite strawberry cheesecake ice cream. For the inconveniences the manager gave me a $5 gift card to come back the next time and have it on the house. It really made my day. The location is clean the people are nice and great customer service. My girlfriend knows how much I love it she even have me a gift card for my birthday.

Wow cold cow has gone way down hill. I ordered a blueberry sundae with rainbow sprinkles and a flurry with reese's pieces. What I got was a vanilla sundae with blueberry pie topping and no sprinkles. Also a flurry with peanut butter cups. I used to get icecream here once a week. Sad. I guess a regular is 3oz of icecream.

Been going to The Cold Cow since I was a little kid. Service is always friendly, ice cream is always tasty, and the lines for the parking lot are always faded into nothingness. It’s amazing!

Been going to The Cold Cow since I was a little kid. Service is always friendly, ice cream is always tasty, and the lines for the parking lot are always faded into nothingness. It’s amazing!

NOTE: See update at bottom... 5 stars for the young women working completely by herself on the last day of the season with a non-stop long line of patient customers. Our 4th stop for ice cream with the car out for a cruise and this may have been the best one. The coffee ice cream was tasty and creamy. (I don't know that I would give the owner 5 stars for staffing one young woman by herself).

UPDATE 4\28\24: Things haven't changed much since we were here a year ago. Two employees, only one window open and about 25 people in line the entire time we were there. I should have checked how long we waited to post for people's reference in this review, but we weren't in a rush. There were at least 5 vehicles that pulled in and left immediately after seeing the line. I don't know how many were in each vehicle, but that likely happens...

The ice cream is actually really good and I had a group of us sample some of the flavors and I would say the only flavor that was kind of nasty was the mint chocolate chip due to its excessive green look. I would also say that all of the Cold cow associates are friendly and likeable for the most part. The atmosphere is cute and reminds me of a side alley ice cream shop in a rustic location but when you look more around it is a pretty unfavorable parking lot for its location. My best friends family is associated with the company and I do have some bias but I am often pretty critical...
