I was so incensed I had to write this review today; and I didn't get to even try the product. I usually wait a day or two to gather my thoughts and think about it. Today, my wife and I went into the store on a whim. We noticed this place is bare bones, nothing is on display nor are there any prices listed other than drinks. We walked in and there were three customers ahead of us at about 1:30 PM. No one was out front and there is a black curtain in a doorway to what I assume is the prep area (Don't pay attention to the man behind the curtain - a reference for movie buffs. Ha ha). After about ten minutes someone came out from behind the mysterious curtain to give someone their order but by this time some female had just walked in and decided she was more important than everyone else waiting and shouted that she had called in an order; to which the person who had come out indicated he was working on it now. He then disappeared into the mysterious room not to be seen for at least another ten minutes. By this time two more customers walked into the location and they were wondering if anyone was working. We only saw the one worker there and assumed he was the only one there as there was no one at the desk. There was no one to take any orders, you had no idea what product was there or what is might look like and to be honest, you had to feel for the guy working by himself. The whole vibe of walking in was very shady. We are now going on 25 minutes and still customers ahead of us as we have no idea what happened to the worker. That was it as my wife and I decided to leave rather than wait what would have probably been another at least half hour gauged by the speed of the service and amount of customers ahead of us. If this is how business is conducted on a regular basis then I have little hope for this...

There were so many flavors to choose from I was like a kid in a candy store. I ended up choosing the caramel apple peach cobbler and a half dozen vanilla cinnamon rolls. I'm very particular about crust and theirs was the perfect texture. It came with vanilla ice cream which is sprinkled with cinnamon and the consistency almost resembles homemade ice cream. I do want to be honest and say the peach cobbler was a bit too sweet, but I did enjoy it overall. I took the cinnamon rolls to a gathering and they were a hit. They were huge, so the half dozen went a long way. I had half of one as well and it was delicious. I wish they offered them in more flavors instead of just Vanilla and Nutella. The service was great. I was greeted upon entry and the staff was friendly. The manager/owner (I assume) also checked on my order, without me asking, to ensure it was being worked on (it was). I'll definitely be back!
