Pasta is Life? More like Pasta is end of life (to marine life). Ah, Pasta is Life — catchy name, saucy menu, and apparently a deep hatred for the environment. After today’s St. Pete Italian Fest, I watched in disbelief as this food truck decided the best way to wrap up a lovely day of pasta and culture was to illegally dump what looked (and smelled) like bleached cooking water straight into a storm drain, just 100 feet from Tampa Bay. For those not fluent in “ecological disaster,” let me translate: that drain goes directly to the bay — home to dolphins, manatees, sea turtles, and countless other marine creatures who didn’t ask to be served Alfredo with a side of chlorine. “Pasta is Life” has mastered the art of cooking pasta and simultaneously destroying aquatic life. Irony? Tragedy? Both. It's like watching Mario jump off a cliff on purpose. I’ve already filed a report with the St. Pete PD — because this isn’t just gross, it’s illegal. If you’re considering supporting this truck, maybe ask yourself: “Would I like a piping hot bowl of linguine served with a generous splash of environmental crime?” Because that’s what you’re getting. Do better. Or rename your truck to "Pasta is Pollution" and stop pretending you care about anything but profits.

This is a food truck. Staff was super nice, helpful, and willing to discuss ingredients to ensure allergy safe. They have a vegetarian and a gluten-free option, but no Vegan/no Plant-Based option. I made my own pasta dish with tomatoes and broccoli and loved it.

Absolutely amazing authentic Italian cuisine, feels like you are eating fresh straight from Italy, maybe that is because their bread is imported from Sicily, and the owner/chef was born there. The pasta is delicious and customizable to whatever you are craving, which makes the possibilities endless. I can not rave enough about how delicious the creamy pesto sauce is, portion size is enough for leftovers the next day, and still tastes the same as the first bite. If you see Tagliolino Fresh Pasta Food Truck at an event be sure to check them out, you won't be disappointed! Thank you, Joanna and Luca, looking forward to another food truck...

I'm always leery of food truck pasta as it's often overcome and bland. I had the pleasure of tasting the amazing eats prepared by this family on their food truck OMG. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente. The sauce as very flavorful and steaming hot when it was served. I tried their chicken besto, pesto cream sauce with generous amount of chicken. I will definitely eat food off this truck when the next opportunity presents and def recommend them if you have the chance to...
