We sat and watched the happiness of the people eating ice cream. While I had the strawberry, my wife enjoyed Rompope (Mexican Eggnog) that reminded her and I of our childhood. The flavors were amazing and the service was with interest to find your special flavored ice cream. I sat quietly watching and found myself intrigued by the Owner as she spoke proudly about her challenges in life and WHY she opened her business. When she finished, my wife and I wiped our tears away. Her story was like any immigrant story of struggle to to give her family and children a better quality of life and a better future. Our first time tonight and we will become a regular guest. I tried the mangonada - amazing. My hubby had strawberries and cream ice cream with coconut scoop too. VERY delicious. Really friendly staff and let us sample before deciding. Reasonable prices....
