We had been eyeing this food truck for a while and finally decided to stop by, and we’re so glad we did! Even though the owner had just closed, she immediately noticed we were first-time customers and graciously took our order anyway. That gesture alone spoke volumes about their amazing customer service.

We ordered the Voodoo Crab Cakes with shrimp & dirty rice and everything was absolutely delicious. Today I tried the Cajun food at Bayou City Swamp food truck for the first time. Let me just say that my roots are from Louisiana and I have had authentic Cajun cuisine made by my Mémère and this brought me all the way back home.
