I LOVE Jimmy Johns and I will try to stop at ones with a drive thru. So this one is a definite option for me. So far out of the handful amount of times I've stopped here (being that it's newer), I've had good service almost every time EXCEPT ONCE. Let me explain...
So I was on my way home late one night. I stopped by here to get a late dinner, and I made it before closing time. The lights were on, the drive thru lit up, etc. I drove up to the order speaker, and proceeded to sit there for about 2-3 minutes, only to have no response and/or attention. I chose to drive away and try to find another restaurant, which I didn't end up doing, mainly because Jimmy John's was the healthier option and I didn't want to end up eating any other fast foods.
Now, I don't know what happened and I don't know the reason for this no-attention visit. All I know is usually here I have had good service except the one time, so I am therefore giving 3 stars out of 5. I'm not usually a very picky person and am very easy to please. I don't usually complain. But if a restaurant is going to be open, then they should make sure that they are aware of when someone is in...
Read moreI had what is easily the worst food delivery experience I've ever had from this Jimmy John's. When I called to see what could be done to rectify the issue, the man I talked to was rude and standoffish. He wasn't willing to listen to me at all and talked down to me the entire conversation so after having to go back and forth with him just so I could try to explain my side of things he said I wouldn't be charged, since I never recieved my food, and yet there was still a charge on my card a couple days later. I've never been treated so poorly by anyone in the food industry nor anyone who works for a business that delivers anything as I was by the man who I spoke to on the phone. My only regret was that I didn't get his name so I could formally lodge a complaint against him. If you find yourself in a situation where this Jimmy John's is your only option for where to get food when you're hungry, you'd probably be better off skipping that meal and just staying hungry until you can get food somewhere else. Read moreWe moved to the area shortly before Covid, and we loved getting quick delivery from this location and ordered almost every other week for months. I went to order about 6 weeks ago and the app says it won’t deliver to our address anymore. I haven’t been able to get a reply from corporate, so I called the location. Apparently the delivery map was recently redrawn to exclude our neighborhood.
The person I spoke with seemed sympathetic at first (offered a one-time delivery) and then got oddly annoyed when I said that while I appreciate that offer, losing the delivery going forward would mean a losing a customer. Then he hung up on me.
I’m extremely disappointed in how this whole thing was handled, and even more that I lost a nice food option with quick delivery. If I have to figure out childcare for my unvaccinated child to do an in-store pick-up and then drive there, I’m not going to go to a place that should deliver to me.
