The Triple Deuce Saloon — Restaurant in Woodcock Township

Really really wanted this to be the place we expected. The premises was very busy so needs to be taken into account. Orders were taken and time to service for how busy was not bad at all. Unfortunately the old fashioneds ordered were extremely disappointing to say the least. For a bar that is advertising to be a bourbon bar, we really expected more. Appetizer was good to very good and would enjoy exploring more menu opportunities. Service from the staff was unpleasant, short, and refused to split a bill of 4, 2 ways. Was surprised but willing to give the benefit of the doubt that is was just busy. Really hope this gets better as we would love a great bourbon bar to meet our expectations for the prices being charged.

Love to see an owner or staff that is involved in constructive critisizim. I will definitely be back for another try. Being part of the process helps places we love become even better in the long run. Looking forward to our next swing...

My husband and I stopped here for a bite to eat last night. The inside is fully remodeled and beautiful! The menu had plenty of options. They had a special on their wings as well as a smothered chicken special. I ordered the wings and was not disappointed! They were cooked perfectly and were still crispy even with a “wet” sauce. The homemade garlic ranch was amazing and the garlic cheese bites (garlic lovers, unite!) were unlike anything I’ve ever had before and truly delicious. I think they were hand battered. My husband got the smokehouse burger and he really enjoyed it as well. The Triple Deuce Saloon is an absolute gem in Meadville! Hands down, these are probably the best chicken wings I’ve ever had — the sauce was bursting with flavor, and they were cooked to absolute perfection. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and informative, making the experience even better.

The property itself is full of character, decorated with a unique charm, and kept very tidy and clean. My wife and I were impressed and will definitely be back the next time we’re in the area. Everyone in our party was very happy with both the food and the level of service we received.
