Clementine (the owner) has a magic touch, and their names are Jasa and Toni! Seriously, I really love this coffee shop! If you hang out a little you get to people-watch some of the greatest Ashevillians and usually a few travelers sprinkled in, too. I love that they have chess sets, books, and games here, it makes it feel homey. The espresso and coffee are both excellent, and the baked goods are my nemesis! I love when they are cooking banana bread in the back and the smell wafts over...

Toni the barista was so kind and attentive. She noticed my finger was hurt and thoughtfully checked in on me and offered support. All this on top of being a great barista with top-notch service.

The variety of drinks was great from coffees to teas and boba drinks. Such a cute, inviting atmosphere with board games and plants.

The warm and welcoming vibe, the delicious tea we got, along with Toni’s caring energy makes me want to come back again. Thank you Toni for making my day so...

I’m not sure why people are giving this place glowing reviews for their customer service experiences because when we came on Monday morning, April 7th, the barista was very off putting. She was rude, short-tempered and acted like us ordering coffee was a huge inconvenience to her. Why must customer service industries hire such rude, negative people? I won’t be coming back based on customer service alone. I know there’s a hiring shortage right now but that doesn’t mean hire anyone...
