Decided to try brunch here for the very first time & Walked in as the ONLY two people in the bar. Took a few minutes to get drinks, one being a mimosa which was clearly made with wine, unless the champagne was extremely flat. When asked if it was made with wine we were told they used prosecco. We love mimosas & clearly knew there was no champagne. Unless the bottle was left open forever. We asked our waitress what she had recommend & mentioned biscuits & gravy or anything with their sausage gravy. I ordered a southern omelette with NO tomato.. it came with tomato, not a super big deal I let it go. Me & my boyfriend split a half order of biscuits & gravy… one biscuit seemed doughy & one was rough/stale & just not good. The gravy was meh. My boyfriend got French toast that was the best part. I couldn’t even eat my omelette & neither could he. It was greasy, smelled, almost tasted like the smell of canned tuna?? I don’t think there was even any actual sausage in it. Idk it was weird. It was hardly an omelette. And I LOVE omelettes and ALL breakfast food. I’ve never had a bad breakfast. But this was indeed not good. The server didn’t come check how our food was ONCE. when she came to clear plates didn’t ask “how was everything” if you take away a full plate of food off of a table wouldn’t you ask “was something wrong with your food?” I’ve worked in the industry for 10 years. I hate complaining & we kept it to ourselves at the moment & we still paid for everything. I just don’t get how you can make a bad breakfast. I contemplated leaving a review, I’d like to be able to try again as I do live close by.

We went today for Breakfast with some of our friends and had a really nice time. The food was really good! I got Crepes with Bananas and Strawberries 😀 My kids got Pancakes which were really good tasting and filling with meat and eggs. My Hubby got the Country Skillet which looked so yummy and my hubby ate it like it was amazing! Great atmosphere, it was clean, and fun music in the background but not too loud. The Dining Room is big with lots of room. They even have Outside seating which is cool in the Summer time. It is so nice to have a yummy Restaurant to go to so close to Home. Overall, our experience was really nice and we plan on coming back again.

went last night and the owner i believe it was, was very unprofessional. we waited up at the bar for 5 minutes after watching everyone else get served in the line we stood in and weren’t told “we will be with you in a moment” we were just flat out ignored. so my boyfriend asks the bar finally “are you still serving or are you just going to ignore us?” and he turns to us and says “i’m helping with a tab right now, but i’m definitely not serving you now” and i found that very unprofessional. as i said, they simply could of said “we will be with you momentarily” but no none of that. So i just stood up and walked out! used to go here all the time before the new ownership but never again! plenty of other local bars that know how to communicate to customers 🙂

(if i had the option to give no stars...
