Dunkin' — Restaurant in Woodward Township

Update: Seems that management got the message. It is now uncommon to get a wrong order. The only exception is when selecting multiple types of munchkins, but I've discovered this is a problem between the app and what is displayed to the employee's screen. Otherwise the food and drink are the reliably comfortable Dunkin' that they claim runs America (sounds like a conspiracy!)

Previous review: This particular Dunkin' tends to get at least 1 detail wrong for more than half the orders I place with the app. Sometimes it's minor, like 1 wrong donut in a half dozen, or not adding any sweetner. But sometimes it's major, like being handed the next car's order, or ignoring sandwiches. I'd blame the app, but I don't have this issue at any other Dunkin'... That said, they are quick to make things right. As for the product, it's pretty standard for a DD; high calorie and caffeine beverages with all day fast...

I never understand the hype of Dunkin'. Got a chai latte and iced latte and a dozen munchkins and it was about $11.50. It's good but who can afford $4 drinks each day? I know lots who do! Only the drive thru is open with no lobby access still. Lots of signs to not be on cell phone and only order presorted items and have money ready to keep line moving. It was in the middle of the day, not a peak time, and still 4 people in front of me and took quite awhile to reach the window. Got to window and got the drinks quickly but then was asked if I really wanted the dozen assorted munchkins. Yes. That's what I thought I had to order since that's what was on the sign and what I did order! Extended the wait. It was good but it's sure not a habit of...

The employee's are super kind & fast service, talking with them usually makes my mornings great because they are so energetic. I give the mannerism of the employee's 5 stars, 10 if I could! However, the coffee is rarely correct. It is either very watered down and overloaded with creamer or it's burnt / sour tasting. Most morning my coffee is what really gets me going for the day so it's really disappointing when you get to work and have to dump it down the drain because it's water with creamer, no coffee taste at all. At first I thought altering my order with less cream or no cream at all would fix the solution, but it is...
