Pizza House — Restaurant in Woodward Township

Okay,I have NEVER in my 71 yrs had more lies, disrespect , lack of quality and poor customer service in a 3 hr span of time ! We called this place initially to see if they delivered to a hotel near by. She said yes, so I told her I'd call back after I checked with our son and his wife to see what they'd like on the pizza. I called back maybe 10 minutes later and ordered 2 pizzas and 2 doz wings, she said they delivered to the hotel, maybe 3 miles max away. She said they just got busy so it would be an hr it might be a little longer. So after an hour I called to see how the order was going, I was told its being prepared right then. It should be there "shortly"...that was at 6:08 PM. From then we waited another 42 minutes no delivery. I called back, got hung up on, called again...told it was being delivered with 2 other orders... 30 minutes later no delivery....this is now 7:14. At 8:11 PM it arrived, the lady said she knew we were waiting so she brought it over herself ( she was the owner) ...so if 1 1/2 hrs before it was out for delivery, how did she get it to bring over instead of having someone else deliver it ????. The pizza was less then slightly warm, the "non sloppy" wings we ordered were swimming in sauce and less then warm, and as she brings in the order she says "we were so busy, I was the only one there"" So we asked "If you knew you were too busy , why did you take the order ?" She snapped at us saying we" don't understand, why don't we try to run a pizza place. " Then she said if we were locals she would try to make it up to me, but looked at my daughter-in-law" and said "But not to you I wouldnt". She was so rude even the people at the desk at the hotel came and said how sorry they were for how she treated us and that it took 3+ hrs from the time of ordering to delivery. To top it off there was a $4.00 delivery charge and a $3.36 "courtesy" fee as part of the total !!!$92.08!!! Bill. PLEASE Know my intent of this review is to advise you there are other places in Lockhaven PA that would have been 1,000x...

I thought we would give this place one more try. And I'm really bummed I wasted my money here. The prices online don't match in store at all. Like there's a crazy difference. I got the Sicilian pizza which was okay. It was edible but the sauce was lacking flavor. The cheeseateak I ordered was pretty sad. It was mostly just lettuce. I was hoping for $11 for a 10 inch it would have more meat. Nope hardly any meat. Don't waste your money on the cheesesteak. But the food wasn't the worst part. The owner was very rude. She treated her employees like you wouldn't believe. No wonder she can't keep any help. I wouldn't want to work for someone that cruel. Their phones weren't working when I tried to call in my order, so I went into the restaurant to order. And the lady taking my order was like, I don't even work here. 😳 The place was pretty grimey, seemed like mold or mildew growing all over next to the coolers where the beer is. We won't be going here anymore. The owner needs an overhaul on her attitude and the way she runs...

Great place to either grab food & go, Eat In, or have it Delivered!!!! Has great ownership, friendly customer service/staff, food, they not only sell beer & “Adult” Slushies, but they are NOW also selling WINE 🍷 (they’ll soon be turning some wines into one of the slushies! So they’ll have a wine slush & a beer slush in their slush machine!) You get a good amount of food for the prices you pay!! They only have a few employees that work there though!! So maybe as a customer, you should take it easy on the employees, cuz they’re probably just getting worn out & exhausted with having to work so much! I’ve seen at least 2 or 3 of the girls working day and night!! I’m an employee here!! Pop Pop (Sergio), you’re going to be greatly missed by many! May you RIP & FLY HIGH SWEETHEART!!!!
