Dunkin' — Restaurant in Worcester Township

I love DD, but NOT this location. They in the course of approximately 4 months now every time I've asked they've not had decaf tea. It's on their sign so I'm not sure why they don't have it. Earlier this week I told them it was ok and to just give me regular tea. I found out that when I got to work they gave me green tea with cream and sugar. It was so horrible, I could not drink it. I hate to waste food! Twice now they've given me overly watery oatmeal that has leaked in my car. Today was the last straw. The guy at the drive-thru window handed me the bag of my oatmeal leaking. I didn't realize it until it was half way through my car. It leaked on my door, my phone, my purse, my seat and me by the time I realized it and put it on the floor. I had to scrounge for napkins and wet wipes to clean everything up and was sticky all the way to work. I will not be stopping at...

The only reason I'm giving it to is because the people there are nice, and I'm going to get the benefit of doubt and say that maybe they just didn't hear me or understand. But I am A DD follower to the end. I always get a large iced caramel latte extra extra extra sweet. And I literally make it a point when I get to the window to tell them I want to have diabetes when I'm done drinking this thing that's how sweet I want it I pulled away from the window and took a sip you couldn't even taste the caramel let alone it being extra extra sweet. It was awful I literally chucked it pkept driving until I found another Dunkin' Donuts where they made my drink correctly...

I always stop at this Dunkin in the morning before work since it’s so convenient on the way. But it’s horrible service, I always walk inside the store to order, I’m ignored for 5-10 minutes, the employees don’t acknowledge that I’m standing there waiting to order. The employees are so focused on the drive through and mobile orders. The least they could do is say they will be with me in a moment, instead of looking at me & turning their back to me to continue making other drinks until they feel the need to wait on me.
