Rams Dairy Bar & Pizzaria — Restaurant in Worthington

This is the second time that we have had a bad experience here so I felt it warranted a review.

They were out of everything that we asked about which was very odd. I wanted a twist cone and they didnt have chocolate soft serve. They said they were completely out of Small milkshakes 🤔 the flavors that said were available as ice cream flavors they were out of. I asked if the season was coming to an end soon or something and the worker just brushed it off and said I hope not. I eventually ordered a small vanilla cone, and it came out as a cup 🤦‍♀️ and all 4 of our orders were messed up in one way or another which the worker blamed on the register for some reason. The orders also took a really long time to come out. 2 people were standing around while 1 person was doing something.

The staff tonight were either really unfriendly or on something, they were all acting really odd and aloof.

I dont know what is going on with this establishment but this was awful and basically the exact same thing as the last time we went there (I always try to give places a second chance).

I unfortunately do not recommend this place and hope things get fixed...

Waited forever on our Food !! was pretty good but my 2 year old was crying for her ice cream the whole time I wish they’d at least gave her her ice cream and our drinks while we waited :( I stood at the gas station side for 15 mins trying to buy a water and just gave up and left bc no one came to the cash register so that I could pay.. an older lady saw me started walking to the other side said “hold on a minute she’d be right with me” then 15 mins later still nobody rang me up. I will probably never go back. I spent $40 there today. ( my kids didn’t really like their food) Very much over priced compared to any other dairy bar I’ve been to in the area! A footer is triple the price that I’m used to paying. My dreamcycle milkshake was watered down.. it was just a bad experience. My first time there.. I arrived happy as could be and left upset , disappointed...

This place used to be amazing. I’m unsure what happened but the last two times have been horrible. We called in with an order and ask for : grilled chicken sandwich, blooming onion, pulled pork sandwich and a tackle burger. All menu items that I always get. Another lady got on the phone and told me they were out of pulled pork. Ok no big deal then proceeds to tell me they don’t have blooming onions. They no longer do the tackle burger (was the best thing on the menu) so the only thing they had was the grilled chicken sandwich. I used to spend close to 100 every couple weeks but I’m done with them. I gave them a second chance and it was worse than the first time.
