A Hidden Gem in Foxboro: James’ Breakfast & More If you’re ever in Foxboro and in search of an extraordinary breakfast experience, look no further than James’ Breakfast & More. My recent visit, coming all the way from the Hamptons, was nothing short of a delightful culinary adventure that left me absolutely raving. Upon entering, you might underestimate this quaint little spot—it’s tucked away in a building you wouldn’t typically associate with fine dining. However, don’t let appearances fool you! The service and food here are truly phenomenal, earning my highest compliments, especially as someone accustomed to the upscale eateries of the Hamptons. We kicked off our meal with the fresh fruit bowl, which was not just a bowl of fruit but a beautifully arranged masterpiece. The grapefruit was perfectly prepped, so there was no need to dig out the segments myself—such a thoughtful touch! The melon was sweet, the grapes bursting with freshness, and it was the ideal way to start our day. Now, I initially had my heart set on pancakes (who doesn’t love a stack of fluffy goodness?), but when I inquired about the special of the day, our server’s enthusiasm for the “Philly cheesesteak omelette” was infectious. I’m so glad we took his recommendation! The omelette was a revelation—cooked to perfection, filled with fresh ingredients, and served hot. Every bite was a testament to the kitchen’s dedication to quality and flavor. And let me just take a moment to rave about the coffee situation. A full-sized mug at the table that was generously refilled at no extra charge? Heaven! I can’t stress enough how much I appreciate a proper coffee cup, rather than the tiny diner cups that leave you craving more after just two sips. Overall, our experience at James’ Breakfast & More was exceptional. The combination of top-notch service, delectable food, and cozy atmosphere made for a memorable meal. In fact, we loved it so much that we’re planning to return today before we head back home. I can’t wait to try more of their offerings on our next visit to the area. Don’t miss out on this fantastic little spot—it truly is a hidden gem!

This is been one of my favorite breakfast places for many many years. I moved out of the area and recently visited. They have expanded which has given much more seating indoors and now they have an outdoor area. The food is still very fresh and the services just outstanding! A warm and friendly place to go to. Lots of parking and plenty of handicap parking. This is very friendly to a handicap wheelchair or anybody who has special needs. There are ramps and doors and wide spaces. No stone is unturned at James's Cafe!! If you have found my review helpful please give me a thumbs up 👍 and feel free to follow me for future reviews.

Edit: Thanks for making it seem like it was my fault for the eggs tasting bad after I ordered take-out and didn't eat them until I got home. I'm dropping my review to 2 stars. The eggs tasted so overly seasoned to me, but Mom thinks it was something else that made them taste bad. We both had a bite, and neither of us could figure out why it had such a bad aftertaste. It's so disappointing, too. I look forward to eating eggs with my breakfast. Toast? Good. Bacon? Yummy. Pancakes? Amazing! But the eggs? They were just so bad. I couldn't eat them. (What did you do to those eggs?)

I came here Friday morning. It is a nice place clean, friendly timely staff. I ordered 3 eggs over easy, home fries , white toast ,sausage , coffe , apple juice. The food came out pretty quick when I received my food I noticed the home fries were sliced like scallop potatoes kinda a dark brown color had roasted peppers and onions on top some good some cooked to a crisp (onions and peppers) same with the potatoes some were soft others were hockey pucks actually pulled one from my mouth it was rock hard , my eggs were ok but bit over done browning on bottom side and yoke almost cooked through not much left to dip my bread in which was good bread but not toasted in a toaster but looked like it was chucked under open flame kinda burnt in spots not toasted well, needed butter(none was offered or do I remember jelly being handy). The sausage was good not a ton of flavor but was cooked on open flame had char marks like a steak which gave it flavor. Coffee was good ,juice was good but just store bought from plastic container .all that being said I ate most of it and was full was a good portion . The thing that got me was the $22w/tip dollar bill for breakfast . It was good but not that good...

My boyfriend and I went here on a rainy Monday after a great Pats win. This place is amazing. The food was delicious. I had a half stack of French toast w bananas and whipped cream. It was the best French toast I’ve had. It was cooked perfectly and had the best taste. Perfect amount of vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

My boyfriend got biscuits and gravy and said “gonna douse it in pepper, gotta douse biscuits and gravy in pepper” I agreed. He’s a professional chef who went to CIA. I don’t know if he used any pepper. Lol. His food was soooo good. It wasn’t your normal biscuits and gravy. They had little bits of bell pepper chopped up, other spices, ugh. I can’t remember it all now. But both of us kept eating off both plates. Haha. The service was great. The place was cute and inviting. I def will be...
