Dominick's Pizza — Restaurant in Wrightstown Township

What a DISHONORABLE business establishment. I ordered a two-slice/soda special for $6.50. A woman behind the counter told me the total would be $6.89 with tax...Fine. I hand her my credit card, and AFTER the charge transaction was completed, I see on the receipt that an additional amount of 79 cents had been tacked on, wherein the total she had charged to my card was not the $6.89 amount she had told me, but rather $7.68. I asked the woman what the added 79 cents was for (as the receipt itself did not exactly specify), and she replied the added amount was a fee for using a credit card. Kindly understand the following: 1) There was no signage WHATSOEVER in the restaurant that there would be an additional fee for using a credit card, let alone how much that fee would be (a flat amount? a percentage?); 2) NEVER did the woman ACTUALLY INFORM ME that there would be a 79-cent added fee for using a credit card PRIOR to charging my card, otherwise I would have used cash for the purchase (although I don't know whether they charge a "handling fee" for accepting cash and/or a "handing fee" for handing back whatever change a given customer is due, as there is no signage regarding those either); and, 3) The 79-cent fee represented an 11 PERCENT SURCHARGE (ouch) above the $6.89 food cost/tax amount, which I consider to be a VERY HIGH surcharge for using a credit card...is such even legal? Along with the hidden surcharge/fee, such makes me suspicious of whatever else this establishment might be hiding. Anyway, my immediate thought was "Well, there's a last time for everything", as in that will be the last time I will ever set foot in the place, which is a shame because I've recently relocated about ten minutes away. As for the pizza, in my opinion the slices were a nice size and visually appealing but were somehow ABSOLUTELY FLAVORLESS...I had to use copious amounts of pepper flakes to work through them...perhaps they were having an "off" night...whatever the case, I WON'T be giving them a second chance to prove otherwise. I do remember the same pizza location years ago, ostensibly under different ownership, wherein I felt the pizza was significantly better...and THAT guy didn't surcharge for...

I've eaten here for the past 15 years and the food is fresh and very delicious. The owner is a great person who loves to make his customers happy with his food! If there was ever a mistake he always took care to fix it right. He would go above and beyond to compensate for ur inconvenience. James Brady and his wife are liars I work there 5 days a week I know the food is fresh and I know the place is clean. He always complains and the owner gives him replacement food and/or comps him the food. But its frequent to the extent that he realized that he's just trying to get free food. Yesterday he ordered a grilled cheese cheese steak small French fries. He called to complained about only the grilled cheese. He called cursing out the owner. The owner told him to bring back the food so he can see for himself. He refused. Mind u he lives 2min away. He told the owner he would smash his head in if he sees him at the local CVS. He never said once that the cheese steak (made with the same cheese made him or his wife sick) Just upset that the owner expected to have the food...

This place gives every other Dominick's a bad name. Every order I have ever put in for delivery has come back wrong. This is the only place close enough that delivers to where I live so we have had no choice but to order from here sometimes. After the last order we got from them we will never order here again. The food we got made my entire family sick. My 5 year old daughter was throwing up for the rest of the night because of the grilled cheese we ordered. Instead of the manager trying to make the situation right he asked us to provide him proof and bring him a half of the sandwich. I believe it has to do with the margarine or butter they used because the only issues were with the grilled cheese and cheese steak. The smell alone could make you sick. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I am most disgusted by the fact that the owner had no sympathy for...
