To start, the pizza is awesome. Absolutely delicious, that's a fact. We very much enjoyed our first experience here but there are a few things to improve upon. The wait staff was friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and attentive. Really, the pizza was SO good, we'll go back but this place gets crazy busy and loud. It size is probably outgrowing its popularity but we hope some things could be addressed.

The biggest complaint is we asked for pepperoni and black olives but received pepperoni and kalamata olives. We like them but it isn't the same. Maybe our awesome waitress made a mistake but regardless, it was weird. If they only have kalamata olives, we wish she told us when we ordered.

#1. The Wine/beer/cider/etc. list online is NOT necessary what is on tap. They have about 16 or so taps but about 45 items on the menu. There is not an updated list which was disappointing, especially since one of us enjoys a specific type of drink. Upon arrival, there were also about 20% of the taps kicked and weren't refilled while we were there.

#2. The bathroom situation is almost unacceptable. There are TWO bathrooms for everyone in the restaurant, each with one standard toilet. I mean, as a guy, we're pigs (as a majority). Women and children shouldn't have to use a standard toilet after us. Most guys piss all over the seat and couldn't care less. I mean, the restrooms were clean when we arrived, but we got there when it opened.

#3. The place gets smash packed. We arrived shortly after opening and within an hour, it was elbow to elbow packed.

#4. Being semi picky, the tabletops were sticky. I recommend a good cleaning, especially since we were the first to sit there...

Me and my family have been eating this style of pizza for years. We started as children at Charlie's pizza at 4300 Roosevelt Boulevard, then we realized years later that Vince's was family of Charlie's, and the pizza was the same so we would go to your grant location for years . Now a bucks co. resident, we go to this location. I can't begin to tell you that every Friday night since this place opened, we have been there with 8 to 12 family members, and the past few time this woman she has short hair and elderly who I believe is management will ask us to leave because we have been to long eating and drinking not sure what you think your place is I've been to Roccos in newtown I've been to Odettes in New hope and never have they ask me to leave after 2 hours. News flash your pizza. You don't ask good customers to leave when our bills is over 300 dollars for pizza. I have been in the restaurant businesses for 30 plus years working in high volume up scale places and have never once asked a table to leave. Your customer service is horrible, and we will...

Food tasted great for being cold. Curbside pickup was atrocious. Called for 20 minutes straight. Kept receiving a message to call back. I was the only car in the Curbside area. Finally went in nobody was on the phone. Received a cold pizza for my troubles.

Update: A manager contacted me and told me I should just walked instead of following the instructions on the sign and on the answering machine. I could tell by the tone of her email this would be blamed on me. Heather check my reviews they are mostly positive, so I was not trying to offend you or get free food. Listen to a customer with an issue and fix it. No one should have to call multiple times for curbside. Maybe walking in is not an appropriate option for them. If it was they probably would not have done curbside. I did not 1 star and even said the food was great. So if it was great cold it must be amazing at temperature. Handled correctly we would have come back again. Heck if you ignored my review I would have tried again. To blame the customer for...

Came here with the family the other night around 8pm. Seemed very disorganized than previous experiences. Business was dying down because they were closing within the hour. One worker had to go get our server. (She seemed annoyed to seat us as well) Not the most friendly encounters. All of our stuff came out at a reasonable time. Waitress never came back to check on us. Staff that brought out the food and drinks were very friendly. The pizza is awesome as usual. Another worker had to go get our server to get our check. After 10 minutes, our waitress came with the check. I waited 10 minutes for her to come back, but she was too busy talking to other employees. Extremely disappointed with the service. Although I’ve ordered the same pizza for 25+ years, a pie with sausage should have a little more on it in my opinion.

This is my Dad and I’s favorite pizza place in the area! We get pizza here at least once a month or sometimes more. Our favorite pizzas are “The Pig,” and the “Italian Stallion,” they are both really good. “The Classic” their cheese is good but like the pizza with toppings best. Also, I always get it well done, which in my opinion makes it better! The takeout service has always gone smoothly, and employee Matt remembers my name and give’s friendly and efficient service. Vince’s Pizzeria will continue to be my go to pizza place, glad it’s so close!
