If you're not familiar with mead (honey wine) it's well worth trying. If you are familiar, they have some really unique ones to try (12 varieties on tap the day we visited), all were distinct, clean and well made. Most were sweet to semi-sweet, ranging from easy drinking 6% to very easy drinking 13%. We especially liked Skald (still mead aged in barrels) and Tyr's Vindrue (Malbec pyment!). Will definitely want to come back. I'd love y'all to make a really dry sparkling...
