I come here often but never again. I always get the lo-mein noodles & they tasted spoiled my daughter also got some & she said her tasted spoiled as well. Called them & they said they couldn’t refund our money back & that she could only let her exchange for something else. I ordered a large orange chicken With vegetables yesterday. When I made it home and opened it , it had a spoiled smell to it I ate some and it made me sick and I couldn’t eat anymore. I called and spoke with the cook which was the Lady. She did not order any refund or tried to fix the issue, she said they sell 100 pounds of chicken everyday and that there was no issue and that was all . My wife loves Bin's more than any other Chinese place in the area (Cross or SFC.) Maybe a bit of bias in that, but we drive from Forrest City just to go to Bin's. It's not a crappy take out Chinese place (though from the road it looks not so nice.) My dislikes are that there's nothing (I've found) on the menu but french fries (appetizer menu for $1.99) that's not specifically Chinese. Picky eaters be warned.
