Paloma's — Restaurant in Wynne

Ok, so went to Paloma's again on Aug. 1st. I am going back up one star as all of our food was good. I agai, ordered the same thing (Chicken Quesadilla) and it was great! My daughter ordered chicken Nachos and my grandson the Philly Cheesesteak with a baked potato. We had fried pickles as an appetizer. All of the food was very good! I think th owners need to have one their every time they are open.

I had originally gave it a 4 Star...we went again tonight. My son (who doesn't live here) took me on my recommendation to eat at Palomas because the first time was excellent! This must have been an off night because I have dropped it to a 2 Star. I ordered the same thing (Chicken Quesadilla) from the first time. He ordered an American Burger and we ordered Mozzarella Sticks for the Appetizer. Mine was so greasy and shouldn't have had any, plus it had pieces of mushrooms in it and should not have had. His burger was dry and very unfavorable. The Mozzarella Sticks were $11.99 and came out with 6 of them. They weren't even hot. I am guessing the owners were not there like the first time we went. I will not recommend it again. The price our ticket was not worth what we got.

We were a party of 3 and each of us ordered something different. The menu has a wide variety to choose from. We had an appetizer of fried pickles. They were very crispy and delicious! All of our food was very good!!! In fact they gave one of us an extra patty on the hamburger because they felt it had shrunk too much! We will try it...

They tried to charge me for a quesadilla 14.99 when it was 5.99 on the menu under brunch items .When I asked for owner or manager to correct she came over and said that I ordered off wrong menu and that I should have ordered off the menu that comes up.with qr code on table ,we'll I pull up qr code menu on table and the quesadilla on that menu is 5.99 as well .So I tell her th8s and she gets rude and raises her voice and says " I pay for you and DO NOT COME BACK !! " yelling it at me and my.80 yr old mother all because we pointed out being charged the wrong price for what.we ordered !!! Well I will not.only never go back but I will put a review on every social media and review site I can find includ8ng chmaber.of commerce for wynne to let them know about your price gouging people and getting mad and yelling when you get caught doing it !!!! Ridiculous !! And you all won't be in business long doing that OH AND THE PEOPLE THAT OWN PALOMA ALSO OWN AMECA SO WATCH YOUR CHECKS THERE AS WELL !!!! Seriously the weirdest servers ever. upon walking in the first words said to me and my wife are something about us being second graders and I genuinely didn’t hear what she said so I asked sorry what ma’am? She says are yall here with the 2nd graders. Me and my wife both are kind of baffled because what are you talking about then there is nothing but silence for about 10 seconds with noone telling us where to be seated or anything at all. One server finally shows us to our seats and gives us menus and we’re trying to get past the awkwardness of whatever this weirdo at the greeters desk was trying to say. This was seriously the most bizarre experience of walking into a restaurant ever. Needless to say we couldn’t handle the weird energy and just left. For context I am a balding 26 year old man with a full beard I don’t know where the second grader joke was...
