I've ordered 3 times via Uber Eats, the first order... Well I asked for a sourdough eggs and bacon sandwich. What I got was bacon and eggs with cheese on A piece of bread. My coffee was very bitter, but the donuts I wasn't going to overly complain as my order was later in the day and having worked in a shop that offered baked goods, I know the end of day can see limited product. My second order was spot on - everything was precisely what I was looking for. Third - well whomever packed my meal failed to put a stopper in the coffee, and so the bottom of the bag by the time it got to me was sodden. So my coffee was a bit of a royal mess. It's the little details that can be exceptionally frustrating... Or asking for 2 Boston Kreme donuts and get two cream filled powdered sugar donuts... even a little note saying 'sorry we were sold out?' I would like to give more stars as the food isn't the issue but consistency and lack of transparency with the customer is. As a regular customer of services like Doordash and Uber Eats, I have had vendors contact me to alert me, and the Dashers themselves calling to state 'Hi Vendor X is out of what you were ordering would you be ok with item B?' While as a customer I may feel some amount of disappointment I will however remember that you communicated with me about an issue and willing to give additional tries. Just a polite...
   Read moreThe only problems this location has are the good kinds of problems.
They can't keep up with customer flow, They can't make donuts fast enough to keep the shelves stocked, and they keep running out of raw materials.
The people who are complaining because the location is on base should try sending a message to corporate and potential franchisers that they love Dunkin' and want one or two in town.
Instead they're sending the message that they hate DD and wouldn't support one if it opened off base.
So yeah;
Dear DD corporate and potential franchisers, Cheyenne is suffering from a dearth of donut places. There's a goodly number of coffee shops, but a paucity of breakfast pastries. The entire I-80 corridor could use some sugary donut love. Please plunk a place or two around Cheyenne (and Laramie, Rawlins, Casper etc) before Krispy Kreme comes and eats...
   Read moreI tried to get a dozen doughnuts today. I tried to go inside to get them, but the door was locked even though the sign on the door said they were open until 5:00 PM. It was around 11:00 AM. I could see employees inside, but nobody would let me in. I saw a car go through the drive thru, so I tried that. I was told I would not be allowed to pick out my dozen doughnuts. I was pretty confused. There was nobody behind me and obviously nobody inside. I asked if I could come inside and pick out my doughnuts thinking maybe it was a drive thru thing. I was told the lobby was closed. Why would anyone want a dozen doughnuts that they might not even like? This definitely wasn't a "short in employee or covid" thing. It's apparent they would rather have no business than to take a minute to help someone. Kind...
