Subway — Restaurant in Wyoming

I am a patient person, but this is exceptionally so ridiculous it must be said. I went into this Subway at 7:42pm 12/9/2023 to grab a few sandwiches. When i went in, there was one woman working making 2 sandwiches and a couple infront of me. The lady being helped had a particular wrap order, and these sandwiches took a long time as was the excessive conversation going on. What even seemed like should've been a quick exchange at the register did not due to excessive conversation. The couple infront of me then moved forward. At this time the Subway employee proceeded to tell me (7:52pm) that she was closing at 8pm and would only be making the couple's 2 sandwiches because she had side work. I told her that information would've been nice to know. I mean really before being subjected to and wasting all this time listening to an unprofessional customer/employee conversation and the worst sandwhich making, a toddler could complete it faster. This was very poor customer service and should've been handled more professional. Lock the doors at a certain time if you feel you need to be done at exactly 8. If you don't plan on serving till 8, change your location's hours. Do better! No other business operates in this manner telling customers to leave. I will not be going back to...

The food and everything was great but there was one worker(Corbin), who was so disrespectful to an elderly couple. Corbin was making a pick up order and the elderly woman asked what type of sandwich it was. Corbin snapped at her and said “this is a pick up order and threw up the receipt. The elderly couple asked again what type of meat that was on the sandwich and she aggressively said chicken and then the elderly woman asked about the bread and she snapped at her and said “white”. Then Corbin was looking for something and couldn’t find it and yelled “are you kidding me” and stormed off in to the back. She then proceeded to make smart Alec comments. Before the elderly couple went to order they walked up towards the register while she was making the to go order. Corbin said “you have to order here. We haven’t been to a Subway in I don’t know how long, but stopped into this location while passing through town on a road trip. The entire restaurant was very clean and the ingredients were fresh and well-stocked. After a couple of suggestions by Corbin, we chose one wrap and one sandwich. Corbin excellently crafted each with a great smile and friendly, welcoming conversation—so much so that we looked for a tip jar, but didn’t see one. We both enjoyed our meal; in fact I commented that I think the Supreme Meats sandwich with the MVP Parmesan vinaigrette is the best sandwich I’ve had in a very long time. 😊Thank you, Corbin!!
