Chinatown — Restaurant in Yemassee

We're staying at a nearby campground, and got the craving for Chinese food (when it hits you, it hits you). We weren't really expecting much considering it's in the boonies of South Carolina, and reading other reviews was only a bit helpful. I couldn't find a full menu online so we drove there on our way back from the grocery store (Publix in Beaufort), and I ran in and grabbed a menu. Later we called in our order, and she said it would be 10 minutes! We rushed out the door and drove over. It was ready when we got there, and we took it home. We ordered 2 egg rolls (both delicious and fresh), an order of House lo mein and Sweet and Sour chicken, both of which were not only delicious, but huge portions, enough for lunch for two the next day. It took the hunger pain away... We looked up Chinese places to eat as we traveling. Went 10 minutes off the highway to find this restaurant. They don't have half the items on the menu... The price on the menu is totally different from what it says... I couldn't understand nothing the lady was trying to explain but the word No we don't have that ....Iarge or small...I pointed at the menu what I wanted...it had 1 price.....she kept saying large or small...there is no large or small on the menu....let me say this...whoever gave this place a 4 star or better never had any other Chinese food..... don't waste your time... warning only take out. No restroom...I got charged a whole plate for a side...

New to this place. Only Chinese food spot in town. Late night munchies. I’m giving this 3 stars only because I asked for a quart of chicken and broccoli and they gave me this huge helping. Pretty sure this is bigger than a quart. It was a lot of food. Only thing that was wrong was for some reason this chicken and broccoli had a small fish taste and smell to it. It was definitely noticeable in every bite. Imagine tasting a hint of fish and smelling fish as you’re eating chicken. Sounds like a surface or pan was not cleaned before cooking...
