Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Yermo

UPDATE 2: I was here several days ago and Google asked me to do an update. I was not ready to do that because my biggest beef with this location was the bathroom and I did not visit the bathroom so I decided to come back my next time passing through. This visit they actually addressed the bathroom smell. I have been here maybe 100 times in 5 years and for the first time the bathroom does not smell like untreated sewage. Major improvement.

I want to also not that last week I was invited to try a monster mummy taco and the cashier remembers suggesting it to me and I did partake, and it was decent. Big props for the cashier remembering our conversation and me as a customer.

UPDATE: Jack reached out to give another try. My first line of original review is restroom always smells, I come here frequently and it is always bad and I would love to see improvement.

Curb appeal is lacking and all of the trash bins are full, tables not clean nor is the floor swept.

We totally love this specific Jack in the Box! Kenny ( the manager?) and his team are absolutely THE BEST! We were passing by with our truck and saw they were already cleaning , ready to close it was very late. But they were not hesitating to let us in and prepared everything fresh for us. …best burgers and fries we ever had and that kind of customer service and dedication to the job and wanting happy customers is what we haven’t seen in a very long time, not even in fancy restaurants anymore. KWNNT, you’re really amazing and a super great role model for your team. We will tell all our friends about that and will stop by every week now on...

This place was terrible. We orderedour food through the drive through and that went fine. We get to the first window to pay the lady takes the card and has it for a while. (She was taking the next customers order.) After about 4 and a half minutes she finally begins to run the card. When she hands the card back she said do you have another card you can use. This one went work. The manager come over and tries But the same thing happens. We get the card back and the is a dent in the magnetic strip that wasn't there before. The manager did apologize, but made excuses the whole time. Now I have to...
