Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Yoakum

Highway robbery. Stopped into this Yoakum Pizza Hut on a roadtrip hoping for buffet at 1pm on Wednesday. Disappointed when they didn't have it. Tables were left uncleared the entire time we were there. 2 people working. Bathroom was disgusting. Tried to order a couple of Supremo sandwiches but the bread was frozen (they told me that at 1:30pm as I was coming out of the horrid restroom), so went with personal pans for everyone so we could get back on the road. My pizza was raw (cheese not even melted, dough not cooked). She gave it to me way and I had to bring it back to the counter and ask for it to be run through the oven again. After everyone else was through I went to check on my pizza and saw it sitting at the end of the oven rack. She asked if I would like my ticket. I told her I would like my pizza! I asked her to put it in a to go box since everyone else at my table was finished eating, then I asked for the ticket and almost fell over! They have written over the prices on the menu by the register but not the ones they gave to us at a table. $46.17 for four PERSONAL PAN PIZZAS, 8 wings, 2 sweet teas, and 2 sodas. $2.50 per glass of tea! I order multiple stuffed crust larges with wings from my local pizza hut all the time and it's less than that. Had I known they had jacked up the prices we would have left prior to ordering. When I finally took a bite of my pizza once we had left it tasted awful, like the veggies were rotten. What a waste of money! This place should be shut down. Clearly they are not maintaining their facilities, not staffing adequately, not cooking pizza correctly, have questionable food handling practices, and their response is to secretly raise prices for basic items? I left feeling robbed, hungry, and thankful that my local Pizza Hut is the complete opposite...

The manager is insane. She screams and belittles employees while families are enjoying their meals. She knowingly delivered the wrong food because she didn't want to waste time making it again. The rest of the team worked well together and used excellent communication when she left, but they really need to answer that phone. I almost jumped in and did it for them. TAKE THAT EXTRA TIME TO GET THOSE ORDERS RIGHT AND ANSWER THOSE PHONES. We promise we won't get mad if it takes you an hour to get our food ready, we understand how busy you are being the ONLY pizza place in town. Take your time, do it right, LET'S GET SOME CORPORATE INVOLVEMENT AND TRAINING. We don't need this to be what we expect of pizza hut. Someone got lost in training and need to be re taught how to make this business successful. Everyone else was sweet though. Just over simulated and panicked trying to get orders straight and...

My fiancé and I just ordered our first pizza from the Yokum Pizza Hut. Hot and ready when I went to pick it up the crust was buttery and fresh. Ingredients were fresh. Hats off to the pizza maker! We ordered the supreme large and it was fantastic! Lots of ingredients good flavor. The young lady at the counter was awesome! She had a great personality and made you feel welcome. We will definitely go back since we just moved to Yokum about three weeks ago. This is our first chance to get some pizza. I recommend Pizza Hut in Yoakum Texas....
