Read moreMy spouse and I took our grandsons (4 & 2) here Fri 5/5/23 after the oldests T ball game. We have taken them before, and they love it. The food is always good, and the atmosphere and ice cream are AMAZING. I had an issue this last time I would like to share. When getting my food from the front counter, I realized I was only given 1 ranch, and I knew my husband had asked for at least 2 (1 for mushrooms, 1 for the boy's chicken tenders). 1 ranch wasn't gonna cut it with my grandsons and us adults having mushrooms 😅. So, I went back to the counter to get another ranch. The older gentleman working in the back came to help me, and immediately said, "You only got one because it was all that was on the order, but I'll go look". Because I heard at least 2 ranch being asked for and repeated, I doubted that...but seriously...it was a container of ranch. In a few minutes a woman comes out with 2 ranch containers, and again makes a point to let me know I hadn't paid for them. But at least in a semi kind way. Unlike the older man, who obviously thought I was a ranch thief. I returned to my table, and on the order...one ranch dressing was under my grandsons chicken tenders and one was under our mushrooms. I do apologize for accepting the 3rd container of ranch. As I said, I just really needed a 2nd one for the boys not to make a huge mess. I would have offered to pay for it if I wasn't made to feel so small when I asked. I will give Cammack another chance with hopes that the gentleman in the back just stays in the back. All of the teens working there had amazing customer service skills, and maybe they...
Read moreGreat place & great food. This location is mostly about the ambiance. Takes you back to the day when there was full-service gas stations. Decorated with signs and memorabilia from that time. Prices are a bit on the higher side for the items offered. This is easily understood if you factor in paying for the atmosphere that is provided. More of a destination you have to visit every once in a while than a place you go to every weekend to hang with Friends and family. That being said it is very family friendly. They have added on and more than doubled the size of the dinning room and add two more bathrooms. All 4 of them are labeled gender netural and a couple have diaper changing areas. This is a place everyone has to check out. While the price was higher, my food and ice cream was great and I don't regret paying the higher price. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. *A "must check out location" in my opinion...
