Fairway Cafe — Restaurant in Yosemite Lakes

Omelettes are very small and not prepared correctly.. looks like they fried two eggs together by themselves ,threw the vegetables in the middle, folded it like a taco and called it a Omelette 🤔. All the plates are severely under portioned for the price..Biggest disappointment is the fact that their breakfast country potatoes are dropped in a fryer like french fries and not traditionally grilled on a skillet. So you're basically getting french fries with your omelette or your breakfast plate that comes with potatoes .There isn't one restaurant in Fresno or Clovis that cooks their breakfast potatoes this way this only in YLP is this method tolerated. Due to the fact there are no competing restaurants within 15 miles they can basically manipulate the menu to their own liking to maximize profits with the lowest quality of food & small portions most patrons won't know this because most patrons have never worked in a 4 star+ restaurant and they have accepted what they cant change. You can tell the lady manager who has been running this place for years has never worked in another restaurant her whole life due to her obvious lack of breakfast menu knowledge & hiring sour apples that just can't figure out how to prepare traditional breakfast plates instead rushing to get food out without acknowledging whether food is presentable and edible to the customers liking. poor food line. Coffee could use some serious improvement unless they're brewing their coffee with tap water it doesn't taste very good either. And once the right person in charge of all this reads this review they'll either make some upgrades and improvements or just laugh...

Recently remodeled and reopened, we went for breakfast and we're more than simply satisfied. First and foremost,. their service was exceptional, fast, unobtrusive. Coffee and water refilled frequently. Coffee was excellent, always hot and fresh. Menu was varied and well priced. Waitress made good recommendations. We had breakfast here on 9-27-2025. My daughter got the happy cake with a side of bacon. I got the southern benedict. The benedict is advertised with over medium eggs and let me tell you, the eggs were PERFECT. I have a hard time finding good over medium eggs at other establishments, but Fairway Cafe made them spot on. The waitress was friendly, the food was delicious (especially the perfectly cooked eggs and bacon), and the restaurant was clean. We would recommend Fairway cafe to friends and family, and we will eat here again next time we are in the area. Thanks you for a great experience...
