What a treat this spot is!! Thanks to my buddy @jordanmason34 for suggesting @youngharriswinghouse as their menu is awesome, food is amazing and their staff and chef/owner Adam are the best hosts!! I found my friend @rockerrides up in the mountain and he was hungry so he tagged along for some food. I believe Paul had their bourbon boneless wings with their house rice and yum yum sauce. I brought my food bag so I wasn't shy and tried an order of their spring rolls with sweet chillies sauce, an order of their mc&cheese bombs, boneless garlic parmesan and bacon wings (their #1 seller) and as suggested by Scarlett who works there, their cutlass supreme sandwich... Panko breaded fried pork, cutlet, onion jam, brie cheese and charred jalapeños on a cork dusted kaiser bun 🤤 Trust me when I say... EVERYTHING was good, my gosh 😂 I packed all my to go food and shared some of it with some friends I met a bit later. If you're ever traveling through the northern part of Georgia do yourself a favor and stop by and check out what Chef Adam is doing over there, truly an amazing food spot and already one of my top favorites! 🙌

✨ Young Harris Wing House Revisited: New Vibes, Same Great Taste! ✨

Ownership changed at the Young Harris Wing House about a year ago, and while I initially felt like some of the magic was missing, I’m happy to report that they’ve found their groove again—and they’ve found it nicely!

First off, they’ve expanded their space, both inside and out. The extra room that used to be blocked off is now open with more tables, and their new roofed-in patio outside is spacious and super inviting.

Second, no more standing in line in a cramped space to order! They’re full-service now. Walk in, get seated, and enjoy friendly, attentive service. Trust me, your drink won’t stay empty for long.

Third, the teamwork here is top-notch. While you’ll have your main server, the entire staff is on point—whether you need a refill or a to-go box, they’ve got you covered.

Last but not least, the taste and quality are back on track! Everything I’ve had here recently has been on point. Their boneless wings are still massive and tender, and I’m a big fan of their potato wedge curly fries. I also tried their Philly cheesesteak, and while I didn’t taste the chicken salad sliders, my wife thought they could use a bit more flavor. Overall though, it’s a solid setup with plenty of food.

Don’t forget about this spot when you’re up north visiting sites or enjoying a ride on twos!

My absolute favorite restaurant ever! Chef Adam and Amanda create perfection with every meal. I would have never have tried boneless wings but did a the recommendation of a friend and will always get them at YHWH! My favorite are the lemon pepper, but bourbon molasses is a close 2nd. If you are looking for a sandwich I recommend the grilled chicken club. Bacon, cheese, Dukes mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato and onions with a perfectly seasoned chicken breast. The 3 sides to choose from are the best fries, mom’s Mac and cheese or House rice with homemade yum yum. All 3 are excellent. Chef Adam does a daily special that never gets repeated and is usually very unique. If you want a hamburger the NRBBQ burger was a special that made its way to the menu and is an explosion of flavors. 2 seasoned patties, cheese, bacon, Duke’s and an onion ring. When it arrives you will wonder how do I eat this thing. As you can tell I am a fan and eat there at least once a week but my record is 4 out of 5 days. First off the food was really good and had great taste.The wings were very delicious and good portion size.The restaurant is in a college town and had great reviews when I went and I was greeted and I did sit outside under shelter.I had great service and everything was great until I noticed a server bringing out the food and a waitress filling drinks was petting a customers dog and I never did see either one of them wash their hands.The gentleman was handling the food to pretty much a lot of tables and the waitress was digging in the ice chest getting ice for drinks. I know it’s a pet friendly restaurant but I feel like for the best interest of customers that a good hand washing would be great and useful especially a restaurant that is highly rated. I will not be returning back and I eat at lots of places like this and that’s first thing I look for is if a waitress or waiter utilize a sink or someway to wash their hands after handling anything that’s not sanitary.There may have been a sink outside but I didn’t...
