Too liberal with spice; need to cook foods traditionally and let the customer add sauce/spice/salt to their taste so its edible. If your okay with massive digestive distress, go ahead and eat here. I like spicy foods & have a high tolerance but this was ridiculous. Note to the cooks: eating Mexican food should not be seen as a challenge to pain tolerance (knock this crap off! We pay too much money to put up with this.) Update: thought I'd give them another chance. Still too spicy & now ripping people off. Small bit a fajitas & the rest is rice & beans. Save your money & go elsewhere. Plus, dude gave mean the clamshell in the bag side ways, everything was falling out.

Definitely better than the one in Surprise, and El Mirage, hands down! Better customer service and friendly. The food was better quality, and made right. We would probably drive out of our way to come here, than in our own City of Surprise. ...The Hub's said they made them wrong, but that's the way I like it with the cheese, melted on bottom, and guac on top! Duhh!!

7/12/23 1630hrs $13.77. I ordered a Lengua burrito comes with 2 Green & 2 Red salsa. I liked the green salsa, didn’t open the red. The burrito was only meat until the middle. Then it had beans, onions, cilantro. The meat was not as tender and flavorful. The beans were perfect! I would not order this dish again. But would try something else.

The prices are way too high for some burritos..spent 26. 22$ on 3 burritos. I get home excited to eat my pollo asado and it was full of guacamole, that it may have been the reason why the burrito tasted nasty. I love pollo asado..but this pollo didnt even tasted asado. It tasted sour, again maybe the lime juice in the pico de gallo. But again, you can never go wrong with a carne asada burrito, right? WRONG!! bought this for my children asked for guacamole on the side and it was full of it! Didnt make a big deal about I just scraped it off. But again the same taste so maybe it was the quacamole because the adobada burrito didnt have quacamole or pico and it was good. I called 2 days later and theres nothing they can do about. I mean I still have the burritos in the fridge but never got the time to take them in. So I called and theres a 24 hour policy. Really I spent almost 27$ on food that wasnt half eaten?!? For a big chain like Federicos I should've at least gotten something. And no I'm not just trying to get free food or money back. I mean I didn't even eat it!! This has been 2 times I go to this place and both times...

I'll admit. We spent $31.72 on two burritos one was what I thought was a carne asada meal, the other was just a Pollo asada burrito and two kids meals. We waited quite a long time in line. Got it home and it was not a carne asada burrito at all. It just was shedded beef with a bunch of onion and green peppers with very little flavor. The Pollo asada wasboiled chicken and the kids meals were pretty boring. Nothing really had any seasoning or flavor. The red sauce and green sauce they gave us seemed to be really watered down and didn't really have any flavor either. We were really really disappointed. I just don't think they were ready for us because I've had Federico's many many times before and it was nothing like this because it's normally amazing. I will give them another chance to see if they change after my Google review but that will be their last chance and I'll be very open about my opinion because we've waited for a year since they announced their plans to build. If they can't serve quality food then they don't belong in our neighborhood so I hope they change what they are...
