Worst store in the company. The franchise owner should be ashamed. I've paid for countless.. COUNTLESS icing cups. Out if the past average ofn15 orders maybe one time I've received what I've paid for. I have called the so-called manager on every SINGLE occasion. I've left bad reviews on the app every single occurrence. I've worked for a Dominos, a much larger volume and traffic store, and not once did I fail to check and make sure I got every single piece of my order before leaving for a delivery. Not only is the receipt itemized the labels of each box tell you what is supposed to come with each individual item!! It's right in front of multiple eyes in at least 2 different ways!!!! How horrible of a training/management staff do you have to be to have such incompetence ON A CONSISTENT LEVEL! Only consistency with this store is disappointment but unfortunately I can't order from the better, Cross St, store because of delivery boundaries that each store has agreed to. I am being stolen from. You may think, "oh it's just $0.50/cup he's losing his mind." I am now nearing $20 worth of icing cups not being delivered! You think I'd go out of my way and bash the sloppy homeless looking "manager," for $0.50?! Funny thing is he doesn't know I'm familiar with corporate workers in the area and I know exactly who he is. He sent himself to my address one night and in a cocky voice, after handing me my items, said it should all be there. Thinking it was a bold gesture for him to make the trip and say that I checked. I WAS WITHOUT ICING AGAIN! The manager! Cocky and sloppy and WRONG! Came with the arrogance and still forgot the icing! THIS is who you choose to run your store?! I hope the franchise owner sees this. I'm moving from here to every single review site I can find. Copy and paste is a beautiful thing.
Oh, and don't think for one second they care about these type of situations. I've told the manager before, when it was BELOW $10 of icing owed, that I did not wish to be compensated or reimbursed, I merely wanted the issue fixed. Retrain drivers. I was very cordial and professional at first. Now this is stealing. The store and manager are both trash.

Nasty pet's do not belong in any food place .I am highly allergic to cats and dogs & don't believe this is proper food safety procedure, not to happy about this!The woman should have left her dog outside. Also they did not make my pizza like I requested, the order specifically said no more than 20 piece's of pineapple & she clearly didn't care. 40 piece's of pineapple. I have told them many times before that it water logs the pizza & doesn't cook properly which makes the pizza not taste very good & the bottom of the crust is overcooked. Read moreThe Grove Road Store has ALWAYS been terrific to us. If we have had any concerns or questions regarding our order, they have been attended to PROMPTLY, (if any, they are far and few in between). We would call on this particular store for any pizza orders we wish to place. Besides terrific service, (very professional and proficient staff), the pizzas, cheesy bread, chicken and salads are great.
I do have one request, which I believe however, may be a corporate matter. We like our pizzas and cheesy breads, WELL DONE; this is just our personal preference. It would be nice to have a place on the website to put in special requests regarding the order we are placing, instead of placing the order, and then calling the store with our requests. There is a place to give special instructions to the driver, but not to the staff preparing the orders.
