We usually grab a pizza from here once or twice a month and usually always more then one pizza. In the past there have been little things wrong here and there but i always chalked it up to not everything can always be perfect. Last night (2/13) i picked up a $70 order around 7:45. After getting home 15mins later i realized both pizzas were burnt on the bottom and the cheese pizza was well over cooked. I called multiple times and even drove back out there by 8:30 they had closed and nobody was there. Hours showed they were open till 9pm. I messaged them thru Facebook and my message was seen but not replied too. I called at 11:00am opening time and asked for a manager to explain what was wrong with the pizzas. I was told then, someone would get back to me soon. By 4pm no one had called so i decided to drive out. I live in Yuba City so alittle out of the way but not a big deal. As soon as i walked in the two young kids at the front counter started mumbling and snickering. I am sure they already knew i was there regarding the burnt pizzas. I asked for a manager and the one young man said that was him. He asked me to show him the one pizza and i did his reply was that only a few pieces were burnt and the the others looked fine to him. He then asked to see the cheese one and said it was fine also. I told him had they been fine they would have been ate. The younger of the two kids said it is a white people thing to complain about burnt pizza!! Needless to say they refused to give me any of my money back. The whole meal was brought back to them with two slices of pizza gone. I have been going here for the last year and have spent plenty on pizza. But not after that customer service. After making a report to the Better Business Bureau i found out they do not even have an active business license. Customer Service is number 1 and they are highly lacking in that when presented with an issue. The way they laughed it off was ridiculous. Posted below is the pizza they said "only white people...
Read moreKortney Kay’s Sutter Cut Pizzeria is simply a daycare center which also sells pizza and beer. The pizza is good and the beer is cold. While I sat at my table, 6 children between the ages of 2 and 6 began screaming, yelling, and running back, climbing top of the dining chairs and booths, and raising hell. The children didn’t belong to any guests. They were there when I arrived and no other guests were at the restaurant. The children belonged to the individuals who worked there. As soon as we ate, we left. Twenty minutes of screaming two year olds were too much to take. We left cold beer on the table. This place is expensive. If the owner wants to succeed, they will have to make arrangements to leave these...
Read moreWe used to love the Sutter Cut pizza, but it's not the same anymore. It used to be SO good. Now it's always dissapointing!!! We have hoped they were having off nights but after bad pizza yet again we think it's time to give up on Sutter Cut. We would rather drive into Yuba City for good pizza. Who is with me? The dough is not the same - in the worst way. It's thin and tough (like its old?), and they use barely any sauce and cheese. It used to be loaded with toppings but not anymore. Now it's flavorless and bland. It feels like dirty business to keep the same high prices and drastically cut the quality...
