Drive thru experience was terrible. Either the microphone didn’t work or there was too much background noise, or something. Had to repeat the order three times, the last time shouting for it to be heard. Pulled up to the window and the order was still wrong. Lots of background noise so I raised my voice to be heard again and then the woman taking my order scolded me, told me that I was very rude.

I was shocked because I wasn’t even mad. She must have been having a bad day. I’ve never been scolded by any employees in my life. Made for a memorable experience but had to give a review.

Just had the worst experience here. Got off the interstate only to come here. Google says there’s a drive thru, there isn’t. It’s still being built. Several kids working. Ordered Turtle Mocha blended, no whip cream. They didn’t know how to make it. Then ordered 2 Lumberjack sandwiches. They didn’t have any. So we ask for a refund. Only a Manager can give a refund and there isn’t one there. So $36 later we leave with no food, drink or or money. Someone is supposed to call us. Oh and after all that, they found 2 sandwiches. We were done. Good thing...

We had a very terrible experience at this caribou. Every drink we ordered was made incorrectly. Our iced drinks were given to us hot and our hot drinks were cold when handed to us. It took 25 minutes to get 4 coffees and we had to ask them to remake them, which they did incorrectly again....
