BEK OSIYO — Restaurant in Tashkent

We recently visited Bek Osiyo, eager to try their renowned dish, kylchatoy. Unfortunately, my experience didn't quite meet my expectations. The kylchatoy, which had been highly recommended, was not as advertised, lacking the rich flavors and authenticity I was hoping for. Additionally, the salad did not seem to be prepared the right way, which further contributed to my disappointment.

On a positive note, I must commend the service at Bek Osiyo. The staff was attentive, friendly, and eager to ensure that we had a pleasant dining experience. Their dedication to customer service truly stood out and made us feel welcomed.

While my visit had its ups and downs, I believe there's potential for improvement in the kitchen. I would be open to giving Bek Osiyo another chance in the future, especially if I hear that they’ve addressed...
