We were in Atlas mall to buy some furniture home and were going out. I was rather sleepy so grabbed here a coffee with ice tea for daughter. Coffee was good, it helped me a lot for the next few hours that I had to go around the malls. Upd 02mar24

The female manager provided a very good service from the minute i stepped in to opening the door for me on way out. She also looked up a word in English for me on her phone. All with a smile! Best so far in Tashkent… branch name on receipt….

Единственное более-менее уютное место в Атласе. Неплохой кофе, круассаны не пробовали, но очень понравились кубинский врап и врап с курицей и сыром рикотта. Врапы недорогие, вкусные, и девушка спокойно может наесться одной порцией. Сладости мне здесь не нравятся, нужно точно знать, что именно брать, так как много не очень вкусных десертов по завышеным ценам. Снимаю одну звезду за сервис, официанты не заинтересованы и не подходят сами. Меню нам пришлось взять самим на кассе, не дождались официанта. Мне даже показалось, что они избегают и игнорируют посетителей, хотя гостей в заведении было немного. До меня уже кто-то оставлял здесь аналогичный отзыв про обслуживание, стоит обратить внимание.

Food is amazing but their staff are too slow. Evey time I came here, it always took ages for a waiter to come and take my order. I literally saw a few of them free doing nothing at the bar. Been here on 11.09, awful service, awful waiters who didn't even explain why sandwich coming in 30 minutes and completely cold. More about the waiters, looks like they haven't been trained in this branch, they just take orders and disappear, never come to your table until you ask them to. Never...
