Read moreI was staying at topchan hostel. After spending a few months travelling solo on the road, without much interaction with other westerners, this was a well needed watering hole. The owner is an absolute legend, the staff are lovely, especially Rex the main bar dude… and every time I’ve been, I’ve met interesting welcoming people and shared many drinks until the early morning.
Tashkent tavern scratch my little itch of homesickness and I’m ready to be lost again.
The karaoke nights are hilarious as well.
