In a national heritage house, near the emblematic Caribe Beach, there's a magical restaurant run by Esther. Each dish served is like a child to its creators, offering a reinterpretation of Venezuelan cuisine with flavors that evoke traditional Creole cooking. Managed by the owners, the place is adorned with a collection of varied objects and the comforting presence of the Virgin of the Valley.

From the delicious Botuto tartare with sea urchin vinaigrette to the Jojoto creamed cazon with a crispy gratin, the starters are an explosion of incredible flavors. The main courses, both featuring monkfish fillet accompanied by turmeric and cinnamon rice and a green plantain salad, are distinguished by their different sauces: one with sweet chili cream and the other with chili and rum in brown banana sauce.

Desserts like the papelon (brown sugar) ice cream with lemon and the coconut rice with auyama (pumpkin) ice cream pay homage to Mantuan cuisine while being innovative at the same time. ⚠️...
