Possibly the best Banh Mi we’ve had in Vietnam and quite unique. First time we’ve seen it done like this. Layers of pork grilled on a rotating kebab spit, sliced off into a crisp baguette, with pate, coriander and a delicious slightly spicy sauce. Seems to be the most popular restaurant in town and 5 stars just because there aren't many options. Tasty banh mi. You have to ask for the housemade hot sauce otherwise you will get the sweet bottled stuff.
