It’s a beautiful place no doubt, on the way to the clay tunnels, however I would argue it’s not worth the prices.
Entrance to just the cafe is 150k and each drink is 90k+. I personally don’t feel I got great service and the entire property is under construction so you can’t really get around or view the space well. For what lavanderdalat offers I suggest visiting one of da lat’s many other beautiful cafes.
We ordered the peach tea and the lavender milk tea. The peach tea tastes like pure peach syrup. Extremely sweet. The lavender milk tea was a typical milk tea (didn’t taste like lavender). Nothing spectacular and as such based on other reviews I was expecting something more and it all left me feeling a bit disappointed.
Also, something else to note with the milk tea I ordered- the only boba/milk tea straws offered are much too short for the cup that is given, resulting in 2/3 of the way into your drink your straw becomes functionless to retrieving the drink or boba. You expect some more thought and care put into the customers experience at a place like this that charges a higher entrance fee than the clay tunnels...

When we came in the staff were all sat behind the counter on their phones and didn’t even look up, this remained the same throughout our lunch. I went to order a very simple lunch… 1 sprite, 1 soup and 1 seafood fried rice. It took 15 minutes and staff seemed totally baffled by the order. It was bizarre. Sprite never arrived and seafood fried rice was vegetable fried rice with 2 prawns chopped into tiny pieces - 180k!
I’ve given 2 stars because the soup was good and the view was incredible.
No atmosphere though and...

Coffees were around 60k VND but unlike many similar places, there didn't seem to be an entrance fee. If you're already in the area and looking for more places to explore, it can be an interesting stop. Not sure I'd go too far out of my way to visit though.
