Tomita Bento — Restaurant in Hà Nội

I've been here 4 times in 3 years probably. It's ...ok. mid to low quality sushi rolls and the rest is a basic hotpot/grill style buffet.

Every. Single. time. I come here they forget about 20% of our order. This time we ordered Bento grilled chicken for our son and buffet for my wife and I as there was no way my son was going to eat that much. 30 minutes later after forgetting our drinks it has become obvious they have also forgotten my son's order. We ordered in Vietnamese, there restaurant was half full. Instead of paying 109,000 vnd for what we ordered, we had to pay 180,000 for my son who ended up eating buffet with us. We visited the "Healthy Japanese Restaurant" with 8 people on a Sunday when it was still early, long before noon and not many guests have arrived yet. Still, some drinks and dishes that we ordered have somehow been forgotten and we had to ask for them again later.

Therefore we couldn't enjoy the food in the order we intended, e.g. one guest ordered teriyaki and extra rice, and the rice came without the main teriyaki dish, which was served 20+ min later, only after he asked why it took so long.

Some drinks also came just before everyone was already finished with their meal, although drinks have been ordered first. Usually drinks should be served way before the food is served.

Ordered big boats of sashimi but came out missing a lot of things compared to what they show in the picture on the menu. Asked about it and the staff said they were out of a couple of things (never mentioned that to us), they made substitution for one thing that was out, but for the other things, the staff was rudely arguing that those were just flower garnish (which were clearly not, such as the whole pile of salmon roe).
