After visiting Imperial city I was confused if there's anything else to do. So I decided to take a Thanh Toan Eco Tour... We started next morning by walk and met Aby at busy city crossroad. She gave us bikes at 8:30am. We followed her and faded gradiently into Hue's suburbs filled with uniquely decorated family houses. We moved across the rivers and observed totally different world. We stopped for mindful walk in Zen gardens. Aby, our guide, told us amazing stories about buddhist pagodas ant ancient mythology behind it. Her deep knowledge of the surroundings and the culture made us present and focused during the whole tour until the cooking experience in the village. Chiefs were super friendly and the food was delicious. The only sad thing was the end of the tour, as we had to say goodbye to these amazing people. This is a perfect day tour to see and experience Hue. Our tour guide Ngo Thi Kim Hong gave us an amazing insight into how the locals live in Hue. The tour was full of surprises with loads of amazing Photography opportunities. The Cooking Class was very informative and included an incredible lunch to close off the day.
