I’m still thinking about how peaceful it felt. Tucked deep inside a quiet alley, this open-air café instantly transported me to a little corner of old Hà Nội. Yellow walls, ceramic tea bowls, bamboo décor, the sound of quiet music, and even a tiny garden pond—every detail feels intentional and nostalgic. It’s the kind of place where time slows down, shaded by trees and cooled by the breeze, even without air conditioning.
Their menu brings serious northern vibes too—egg coffee done right (rich, velvety, and perfectly bitter-sweet), refreshing sấu and apricot drinks, all served in those lovely ceramic bowls you can’t help but admire. The open space, cooled by fans but shaded by numerous trees, remains pleasantly cool. A drawback is the occasional waft of cigarette smoke from other patrons, as the cafe does not have a policy...
