Newly renovated. Good place to study, work, and hangout. Air conditioned. Restroom is outside. Not really for meals. If you have to talk in a phone, go outside. You also can't bring 'savory' or 'smelly' food. But ghey do have tables and chairs outside. I like staying here because they are open until 10pm. We frequent here because it's...
